Aperol Spritz!

An Aperol Spritz is my favorite drink in the summer time. It's refreshing and cool and just a little bit bitter, which I enjoy, especially on a hot day.

An Aperol Spritz is extremely easy to make (the recipe is on the back of the Aperol bottle!), but just in case, I've put the recipe here.

• FILL A WINE GLASS WITH ICE (I like to use a big red wine glass)
• COMBINE PROSECCO FOLLOWED BY APEROL IN EQUAL PARTS
• ADD A DASH OF SODA
• GARNISH WITH AN ORANGE SLICE
